Harzer Köhler mustard

Our Harz charcoal burner dreamed of a smoky mustard. So he asked us to create this for him.In earlier times, charcoal burners grew mustard on vacant land in the Harz Mountains and sold it at markets alongside charcoal. This of course had a special aroma.
