(REAL) STONSDORFER 031 – herbal bitters 35.2% vol

We discovered the recipe for >Echt Stonsdorfer< from the Silesian community of Stonsdorf in an old recipe book. What immediately struck us was the unusual combination of blueberries with traditional bitter drugs, as well as aniseed and galangal. When we told Lisa Bauer about this recipe, she immediately started trying it out. She developed her own ideas for the (REAL) STONSDORFER 031. She expanded the berry aroma with sloe and currant and revised the mixing ratio of the drugs. We therefore make no claim to originality and deliberately put >genuine< in brackets. Our claim for the best ingredients and the highest quality is all the more important.
