mid lemon

Mid lemon is delivered in a cockscomb shape (semicircle with compartments on the outside). For the fresh taste we add lemon juice and lemon zest from organic lemons. The basic dough consists of durum wheat semolina, eggs and water. We have never eaten a better summer dish than seafood with lemon noodles!
