sieve Greida

We produce Sieb'n Greida in wave form. We add seven different herbs, mostly from our own cultivation, to our basic dough (durum wheat semolina, eggs and water). The finely chopped herbs create a great and unique pattern on every noodle! The pasta can be rounded off perfectly with vegetables. It's best to toss everything briefly in a pan with olive oil at the end!
