De Zimtkipferl are visually similar to Vanillakipferl (semicircle with compartments on the outside). We use pure cinnamon spice for our basic dough made from durum wheat semolina, eggs and water. For the preparation we recommend an old recipe for milk noodles. Boil the noodles directly in milk until they soften and have absorbed the milk. Then skim off and serve with cinnamon sugar.
