De G'sundn come in the Hahnenkamm shape (a semicircle with fans on the outside). They are made from pure spelled steam with egg and water. Spelled steam is finer-grained than semolina, which also makes the noodle toss finer in the mouth. We recommend a light herb-cream sauce and vegetables.
