Risotto ready with Cod and Potatoes

An innovative risotto with simple and traditional ingredients. A quick and easy preparation to savor the taste of true Italian cuisine with cod and potatoes. A suggestion: a grated lemon zest during creaming will give the dish a magic of special aromas. METHOD OF PREPARATION: in a large pan with a drizzle of already hot oil, pour the "Preparato per Risotto" and brown for 1 minute over moderate heat. Stirring constantly, pour half a glass of water (or white wine) and let it evaporate. Gradually pour 700 ml of hot water and let it dry completely (15 minutes). Season with salt to taste. Add a knob of butter, stir for 1 minute.
