This black smoke tea consists of the larger lower leaves of the tea bushes. It is fermented and smoked over an open fire in which resinous woods are burned. The smell and taste of the infusion are smoky and intense, sugar and milk make it milder if you want. In the cup, the tea shows a brownish orange. Preparation: Pour a liter of boiling water on 5 teaspoons of leaves. The steeping time is 3 minutes or longer, because the drink does not become bitter. Always store in a cool, dry, airtight and light-tight place.
