Pu Erh tea is a popular Chinese tea. It is named after the city of Pu'Er in the province of Yunnan in southern China, it is strong, spicy and full-bodied in taste! Preparation: Add 20 grams of tea leaves to 250 ml of boiling water and pour this infusion away after 10 seconds. Scald the wet tea leaves with a liter of boiling water. Let the tea infusion steep only briefly, 15 seconds is enough! You can pour Pu-Erh tea up to four times. Storage: Always store in a cool, dry, air-tight and light-tight place.
