Pu Erh tea is a popular Chinese tea. It is named after the city of Pu'Er in the Yunnan province in southern China and has a strong, spicy and full-bodied taste! Preparation: Add 20 grams of tea leaves to 250 ml of boiling water and pour the infusion away after 10 seconds. Now pour one litre of boiling water over the wet tea leaves.
