Silver Needle Tea

Silver needle tea (Bai Hao Yinzhen) is a white tea and is mainly grown in China. The buds for this tea are obtained from the Camellia Sinensis tea plant. Of the white or The name silver needle comes from the silver hairs on the buds. It tastes delicate, elegant and slightly sweet and has a clear, jade green to light yellow infusion color. Preparation: Approx. 8-12 grams of tea per liter at approx. Allow to steep at 70-80 degrees Celsius for 2 to 5 minutes. Multiple infusions are possible.
