Our BBQ Trio Pack includes a particular selection of some of our barbecue products which are all intended to uplift the traditional British BBQ. This gift pack includes a BBQ Rub for Pork, Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam, and our award-winning Original BBQ Salt. This trio gift pack is a great option for a gift for anyone that loves cooking and wants to add some extra flavour to their food, particularly barbecue food. We have curated some of our customer favourites and packed them into gift boxes. These gifts are great as a self-gifting option, if you wanted to buy some products altogether or if you wanted to gift someone a varied range of our British BBQ products. This BBQ Trio Pack is part of our wider British BBQ Range. In 2016, we launched our much-anticipated BBQ Range with the intention of creating a selection of products that added some glorious flavour to specific meat & fish. We spent time researching and testing the best blend of flavours for traditional BBQ food and curated a range that works perfectly with different meats & fish. For the Rubs, we have hand blended freshly ground herbs and spices in-house to create authentic dry Rubs for marinating. They are specifically paired to work with certain meats and fish and not to overpower. The BBQ Jams are to be used as a condiment or a last-minute glaze. The selection includes a sweet, spicy & medium spice jam. Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, these salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours. With fellow Cotswold’s producer, Cotswold Gold, the BBQ Oils can be used to cover the meat before and baste during grilling. You can always add them to a marinade or create a dressing with them too. Contents - BBQ Rub for Pork (50g) - A dry seasoning rub that contains a blend of sweet and spicy which totally uplifts your traditional British BBQ. We have designed this rub to complement all things pork. BBQ Salt (50g) - An award-winning blend of charcoal, roasted garlic, and the finest smoked sea salt from Halen Mon. This salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour that gets added to meat before cooking. Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam (110g) - Our Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam is packed full of smoky notes from the chipotle and provides a deep spice flavour from the red chilli. This Jam is perfect as a glaze on a slow-cooked beef brisket and also great as a dipping sauce for cheeses and charcuterie.
