Our Spicy BBQ Trio Pack includes a particular selection of some of our spicy barbecue products which are all intended to uplift the traditional British BBQ. This gift pack includes a Chilli Rub for Chicken, Habanero & Pineapple Jam and Spicy BBQ Salt. This trio gift pack is a great option for a gift for anyone that loves cooking and wants to add some extra flavour to their food, particularly barbecue food. We have curated some of our customer favourites and packed them into gift boxes. These gifts are great as a self-gifting option, if you wanted to buy some products altogether or if you wanted to gift someone a varied range of our British BBQ products. This Spicy BBQ Trio Pack is part of our wider British BBQ Range. In 2016, we launched our much-anticipated BBQ Range with the intention of creating a selection of products that added some glorious flavour to specific meat & fish. We spent time researching and testing the best blend of flavours for traditional BBQ food and curated a range that works perfectly with different meats & fish. For the Rubs, we have hand-blended freshly ground herbs and spices in-house to create authentic dry Rubs for marinating. They are specifically paired to work with certain meats and fish and not to overpower. The BBQ Jams are to be used as a condiment or a last-minute glaze. The selection includes a sweet, spicy & medium spice jam. Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, these salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours. With fellow Cotswold’s producer, Cotswold Gold, the BBQ Oils can be used to cover the meat before and baste during grilling. You can always add them to a marinade or create a dressing with them too. Includes our award-winning Spicy BBQ Salt This trio pack includes our award-winning Spicy BBQ Salt that won 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards 2018. Contents - Chilli Rub for Chicken (50g) - A dry seasoning rub with chipotle and Guajillo chilli to give a nice kick and is balanced out with some sweetness from the smoked paprika and sugar. We have designed this rub to work well with chicken. Habanero & Pineapple Jam (110g) - This Jam can be used as either a dipping sauce for cheese or meat or used as a glaze before roasting meat. This Habanero & Pineapple Jam is one of our hottest as it uses habanero mash which has a deep & hot chilli flavour. Spicy BBQ Salt (50g) - A blend of chilli, roasted garlic, and the finest sea salt from Halen Mon. This salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour that gets added to meat before cooking.
