They are pieces of natural bread, with a thicker grain, and crunchy which will allow a different texture to be achieved, crunchier in all uses and applications (breaded, croquettes, in a pan and/or au gratin in the oven). We can even in foods that we pass through Tempura, dropping some grains and thus obtain a second crunchier layer.
