One of the spreads from the Apéritif des Sept Collines range. A delicious spread with an intense mushroom flavor.   To spread on bread as an aperitif or to use in cooking to replace butter. Possible uses: gourmet club sandwiches, aperitif platters, croque-monsieur, etc.   Doypack type catering container for hand-portioning.   Store at room temperature before opening. 
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
