One of the spreads from the Apéritif des Sept Collines range. Light and Gourmet A refined combination of oyster mushrooms and Comté, to be enjoyed on a crust of bread as an aperitif. Possible uses: gourmet club sandwiches, aperitif boards, etc.   Doypack type catering container for hand-portioning.   Store at room temperature before opening. 
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
