Song Cha Lapsang Souchong - Tea Alcohol

A thousand years ago in China, Su Dongpo, a renowned poet and painter, created the first tea leaf distillate. In 2017, Yves, a university professor, decided to take up this recipe and distill these tea leaves himself. In 2020, he created the Song Cha range, made up of only 3 ingredients: organic tea leaves, natural water and alcohol. There are no additives, no sugar and no preservatives... The Song Cha range is "Tea, just tea". Song Cha Lapsang Souchong 40° is the king of smoked taste. Fans of peated whiskey will find the characteristic notes of damp earth, even leather. Its nose is very powerful but its aromatic palette surprises with its subtlety and incredible length in the mouth. Lapsang Souchong is a smoked black tea grown in southeast China. Its characteristic flavor comes from its drying over cypress or spruce fires, which gives it its smoky taste. It can be enjoyed over ice, in cocktails and even as a dessert!
