Song Cha Yunnan - Tea Alcohol

A thousand years ago in China, Su Dongpo, a renowned poet and painter, created the first tea leaf distillate. In 2017, Yves, a university professor, decided to take up this recipe and distill these tea leaves himself. In 2020, he created the Song Cha range, made up of only 3 ingredients: organic tea leaves, natural water and alcohol. There are no additives, no sugar and no preservatives... The Song Cha range is "Tea, just tea". Song Cha Yunnan 40° is made from black tea grown in the Chinese highlands, on the Burmese border, for 2000 years. This high-altitude terroir gives it a soft and full-bodied taste. The still reveals generous notes of cooked fruit and honey which gives it a nice roundness in the mouth. It can be enjoyed over ice, in cocktails and even as a dessert!
