St Petroni is a Spanish aperitif made from albarino, a white grape from Galicia. The Albarino grape variety is considered prestigious by wine experts. The recipe draws its inspiration from the nature of the Galicia region with its 29 botanical extracts including wormwood, rosemary, thyme, sage, sweet orange and hibiscus flower. St Petroni bitter, the sweetest bitter in Galicia, is a vermouth with a balanced fusion of authentic grapes. Can also be drunk in a wine glass with ice cubes and a squeeze of lemon, only in Spritz with prosecco, sparkling water, ice cubes and a slice of orange.
