Espresso Salt

It might sound an unusual flavour combo, but our Espresso Salt is a great way to give red meats root veggies a real boost. We use hand-harvested, pure natural British sea salt flakes as the base. The we blend with some ground coffee spice for a finishing salt with intense flavour. Throw a pinch of Espresso Salt on steak, chicken, pork, kebabs, seafood, roast potatoes, veggies sweet potato wedges. Coffee makes red meat taste meatier, so you can season give it an umami boost in a single pinch. This can 'clump' a little because of its nature, plus we don't add any anti-caking agents to any of our products, so just give it a stir or crumble it to break it up. Rather than a cheap, imported rock salt, we use lovely crisp, pure flakes for the best flavour, plus you don't even need to use a grinder; just crumble a pinch between your fingers. As well as a better texture, you'll get a pure, saltier taste so you'll use a lot less too.
