Garlic Salt

Our Garlic Salt is the quickest convenient way to season give a garlic kick to food in just one pinch. Hand-harvested, pure natural British sea salt blended with lots of tasted garlic granules. Add a pinch to mashed potatoes for instant garlic mash - chicken, roast potatoes, wedges veggies all benefit from garlicky love! This can 'clump' a little because, so just give it a crumble it to break it up. Use it as you would any other sea salt: either cook with it or add a pinch to season food. Rather than a cheap, imported rock salt, we use lovely crisp, pure flakes for the best flavour, plus you don't even need to use a grinder; just crumble a pinch between your fingers. As well as a better texture, you'll get a pure, saltier taste so you'll use a lot less too.
