Celery Salt

A key ingredient in many cuisines, Celery Salt is aromatic, almost bitter imparts a lovely flavour to most dishes. Celery Salt can be used as a condiment to season meals in place of plain salt; this aromatic blend will add delightful fragrant notes to your meals. It makes a delicious rub or marinade for meat and fish, but use sparingly. Season potatoes prior to roasting with a sprinkle of celery salt, use it to flavour homemade ketchup, add to breadcrumb coatings, stir into cous cous, sprinkle on cooked vegetables, pasta  salads.
