Our Mango & Black Cherry Vincotto is a gorgeous infusion using our incredible Pure Vincotto as the base. Vincotto is simply stunning, having the richness of an aged balsamic but no acidity or vinegar-sharpness. It’s so smooth & delicious. We gently infuse this vincotto base with fruit to create our stunning Mango & Black Cherry Vincotto. Naturally sweet & thick, use a few drops on Greek yoghurt, overnight oats, berries, melon, ice cream & desserts. It’s also beautiful on meats, cheese boards, salads & sauces.
