Cloudy yellow tea from China 250 g

Grown in the historic Yunkang # 10 cultivar on Mount Yunpan in China, Cloudy Yellow Tea is a niche product with a processing similar to that of red (black) tea with sun drying, lamination, oxidation and finally drying. 

Its fermentation is about 10% light and is harvested in spring. 

Cloudy yellow tea has a fresh flavor and a distinctly floral aroma.

 Place of Origin: Pu'er, Yunnan, China - Yunkang Cultivar #10 on Mount Yunpan Preparation of Cloudy Yellow Tea We highly recommend infusing this tea in the traditional Chinese method (gong fu cha) to best enjoy these leaves. 

Following this preparation, you can use 5 grams of leaves (about 2 teaspoons) in a gaiwan of about 100 ml to obtain more infusions with different flavors.
