Shizuoka Sakura Karigane Green Tea leaves come from Kakegawa, Shizuoka and have been expertly steamed to "kill the green", a process that releases the characteristic aroma of a fine green tea. 

Coming from the Yabukita cultivar, ground leaves of Sakura, the famous Japanese cherry tree, have been added to this tea, which give a fruity cherry taste and a sweet aroma. Place of origin: Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan
