
Terre dei Trulli taralli are the authentic ones of the Apulian tradition. They are produced following the original recipe, handed down from generation to generation, which involves the use of a few simple ingredients: flour, water and oil. We select only Italian and Apulian ingredients, rigorously free of artificial colors and preservatives. Given their low caloric value and their simplicity, Apulian taralli are a truly versatile food. They can be used to accompany first courses and soups, but they find their ideal role as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a drink and olives, cured meats and pickles. Being a very healthy snack, they are also suitable for the little ones: in fact, they are often chosen as a snack to take to school. The original Apulian taralli in wholemeal version, with 100% Apulian wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil. Lighter, but just good.
