Our two brothers, always on the lookout for new flavors, have come up with the perfect complement to their Thaas Chips: their own craft beer. Guided by this ambition, David and Manu joined forces with the Orgemont brewery, near their farm in the Marne, to create a unique recipe celebrating the local terroir. ““La Folie Godot” embodies this passion: a balanced blond beer, brewed with Marne barley and Champagne-Ardenne flower honey. Its malty taste, slight bitterness and fruity notes make it a refined beer. Unfiltered and refermented in the bottle, it offers incomparable authenticity.
