Six Saints Rum is lovingly crafted on the tiny Island of Grenada and named after the Island’s six saintly parishes: Saint Patrick, Saint Mark, Saint John, Saint Andrew, Saint George, and Saint David. Located in the south of the island, near the capital St. George, the distillery has been traditionally handcrafting rum since 1937. Six Saints Rum is column distilled from sugar cane molasses in small batches using only pure ingredients. The rum is then tropically aged between four to six years on the Island of Grenada in once used bourbon barrels. We then aged this small batch rum in Scotland for a further six or more months in a Pedro Ximénez Spanish sherry cask before we bottle at the perfect sipping strength without adding any colours, sugars or flavours. An exquisite balance of sweet fruity aromas with a dry style on the palate. Nose: Soft and sweet, tropical fruits of Mango, pineapple and papaya. Taste: Exotic fruits, toasted oak, candied grapes, and banana. Finish: Soft, lingering notes of black cherry, vanilla and nutmeg.
