Moroccan cuisine seems to us to be about the great variety and subtlety of its spicing. Its famous Ras el Hanout uses at least a dozen aromatics and we've employed 17 in our new Moroccan-inspired salt infusion. Whether used as a marinade for chicken or lamb, to fragrance rice, to season a tagine, to roast carrots or just to sprinkle onto a gorgeous winter squash soup Maghrebia is for spice-loving cooks.
