This wheat semolina with a trio of seaweed (wakame, dulse, sea lettuce) offers a mixture of marine flavors. Its carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, leek and celery seasoning makes it a complete and delicious composition. Boil 250ml of water and pour over the semolina. Let swell for 10 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork and add a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil.
