CERTIFIED ORGANIC & FAIR FAIR SUITABLE FOR BULK SALE The Protoben VIJAYA Fig comes from Turkey and comes from the Good Food Foundation organic project, certified fair trade by FairTSA.   The different Turkish figs differ in their method of preparation. Each name (Baglama, Lérida and Protoben) refers not to a variety of fig, but to its method of preparation.   The Protoben Fig is slightly stretched to give it curved shapes reminiscent of a pear. She will then be placed with her sisters, straddling each other. Its generous size gives it a unique softness.     HOW TO CONSUME IT: Plain, as a snack, as an aperitif. Integrated into a dessert (e.g. rice pudding, tarts, cakes, purees or fruit salads...). In energy balls.
