18 months of barrel aging allowed a strong Chardonnay to mature. The new barrique barrels around their tannins would be combined into a perfect unit by the voluminous alcohol. The fruit aromas of vanilla and honeydew melon get a fine fruit acid in the mouthpiece that is reminiscent of the exotic fruit mango.
