A Factoría do Lume was born with the mission of adding value to the Galician artisan product, promoting an innovative business model that is nourished by the new culinary trends that are growing in Spain and in other countries. One of the main objectives is to meet the demand of consumers for natural products related to the world of hot spices. We also seek the promotion of rural areas, where our project is framed, and the modernization of the Food Industry sector, based on the booming online marketing formulas and following market trends, which show an increasingly selective and natural consumption . This project aims to bring originality to the market by mixing exotic ingredients, with different varieties of chili peppers, with the most traditional of Galician and Spanish gastronomy, bringing potential consumers closer to the pairing between the two, through the enhancement of culture indigenous and a mixture of new and old culinary techniques.
