A delicate vinegar, enhanced with the intoxicating aromas of truffles, to accompany and enhance the flavors of all dishes, with elegance and refinement. This vinegar is ideal for deglazing pan-fried foie gras escalopes, veal chops or duck breasts. It can also be used as a seasoning on “rogue” salads: foie gras, candied gizzards, poultry livers or on young shoots garnished with fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper.
