Contains sulfites) - sugar - 8% black truffle juice (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) - aroma - Dried Black Truffle 0.01% (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) Nutritional values (100g): - Energy value Kj 1437 / Kcal 338 - Fats 0 g (of which saturated 0 g) - Carbohydrates 84.1 g (of which sugar 84 g) - Proteins 0.4 g - Fiber 0 g - Salt 0.1 g Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, light and heat.    Format: 100ml Directions for use: This balsamic vinegar with black truffle will add a twist to many recipes: raw vegetables, meats, grilled vegetables, foie gras, strawberries and red fruit salads. What we prefer is to put a drop on a piece of matured parmesan.
