Our Canigou fir syrup is produced by a long maceration of pine nuts and cones of Abies alba fir mainly in sugar. The harvest starts in summer when the ripened pine trees are full of sap. They are harvested entirely by hand and macerated the same day. All our pine trees are harvested from the Canigou Massif, in the Catalan Pyrenees. By its natural qualities and rich in essential oils, fir syrup strengthens your body in a preventive way. It also helps relieve strong coughs.
