Our rosehip jam is made from wild rosehip berries harvested by hand, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees and the Canigou Massif. After a long preparation work, we only use the pulp of the berries to make our jam. Rosehip has always been recognized for its highly vitamin-rich properties, more than 7 times richer in vitamin C than oranges. It also calms inflammation and relieves stomach cramps and nausea. Depurative, it helps eliminate accumulated toxins. It is a delicate, very fragrant, slightly tart jam that will be perfect for breakfast or to accompany white cheeses for dessert, for example.
