Saltvage - Organic Pyrenean sea salt

This fleur de sel comes from the only artisanal saltworks still in activity in Catalonia, El Salí de Cambrils, at the foot of the Serre du Cadi. Of great purity, Saltvage has many mineral and trace elements providing analgesic, anti-inflammatory, relaxing and stimulating properties for the general condition. In particular, it contains magnesium, calcium and lithium. In order to confirm its origin and its character from the high Catalan mountains, we have added some dried needles of Abies alba fir from Canigou, which bring light notes of menthol and eucalyptus.
