Tasty Box Limited Edition

Tasty is our Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes grown on our Tenuta del Cigno farm on the outskirts of Modena.  Saporoso matures slowly and improves inside our 500 oak barriques with a capacity of 220 liters each, until it reaches the body that makes it so versatile in the kitchen.                                        Oak wood, in particular, is characterized by its hardness and resistance to bad weather and for this reason guarantees excellent ageing.  Saporoso Limited Edition Box combines Saporoso and Saporoso Riserva, and includes a totally exclusive product, obtainable only by purchasing this box: the Saporoso Platinum.                                        This particular condiment, composed only of cooked must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, is aged for 8 years in oak barrels, and continues aging for another 2 years in ancient mulberry barrels.
