
LIMITED EDITION extra virgin olive oil - 1st day of harvest, excellent quality in a 500ml glass format, a coupage of arbequina, frantoio and empeltre. It is a limited edition Extra Virgin olive oil made with olives from our olive groves located on the banks of the Guadalquivir river. It is differentiated and identified by an immediate sensation of subtle and delicate floral and dried fruit fragrances. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: * Appearance: Bright liquid at 20ºC (Filtered) * Colour: Green tones * Smell and Taste: Of great aromatic complexity that evoke olive leaves, grass, chamomile and fruity notes such as green banana, apple, green almonds and pine nuts and with hints of pepper. In the mouth it leaves a velvety sensation, it is very balanced, it has a very pleasant entry, a slight bitterness and spice. * Specific analysis: Acidity (% oleic acid) 0.2 maximum CONSERVATION TIPS: At room temperature, it is advisable not to exceed 25ºC, container always closed to prevent aromas from escaping and away from direct light. The oil at temperatures below 16ºC can begin to cloud in a natural but reversible process that does not affect the quality of the product.
