Fresh basil is mixed with cream and finely ground PDO Parmesan to obtain a cream with a light and creamy texture, flavored with summer flavors.   How to use it To be enjoyed as an aperitif on toast or as a dip.  Lightly heated in the microwave or bain-marie, it also tops fresh pasta, ravioli or risotto.
