The combination of fresh mountain air, fertile soils and gentle organic cultivation gives the vegetables a particularly intense aroma. For this mezze dip, each pepper is processed together with eggplants that have also been grilled over beechwood – peeled by hand and carefully refined into a creamy paste. Just five additional ingredients – garlic, lemon juice, salt and the finest extra virgin olive oil – complete the composition. The result: a dip with spicy depth, delicate smoke and Mediterranean soul. And the best part: each jar contains around 2kg of grilled vegetables! The dip is particularly good in pita and wraps (also with feta), with grilled fish, baked vegetables, on bread or as a seasoning base for hearty pasta sauces.
