The alpine climate promotes the success of organic cultivation and helps to concentrate the aromas in the peppers. Immediately after harvesting, the peppers, together with eggplants, are gently grilled and smoked over beech wood. The skin is then peeled by hand, leaving tender pepper and eggplant fillets. Finally, the fillets are mixed together with garlic, salt, a little lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to form a cream. 2 kg of Greek organic vegetables have already been processed into one jar! The Mezze Dip is a real all-rounder and, with its intense paprika aromas, can be used in a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. Our favorites: With pita and wraps, especially with feta.
