A total of 2 kg of Greek organic vegetables were processed for this product. The base is peppers from the Florina region grilled over beech wood. After the grilled and smoked peppers have been filleted, local herbs such as basil and wild garlic are added.  Hot peppers and ginger give the chutney a spicy flavor. The chutney gets its typical sweetness from natural ingredients such as honey, grape must and quince.
