This fine wine comes from the picturesque island of Samos, which lies in the Aegean Sea and impresses with breathtaking sandy beaches and turquoise sea. In the middle of this island, our Ouzo is carefully produced according to an old family recipe. The production relies on traditional manufacturing processes. To ensure that the ouzo develops a full-bodied, soft and balanced taste, local aromatic herbs and spices such as anise, star anise, coriander and fennel seeds are soaked in pure alcohol and traditionally distilled in a bronze kettle. This creates a floral, bitter taste with an unmistakable aniseed note. Ouzo can be enjoyed neat, on ice or as a cocktail.
