Florina peppers are named after the Florina region in northern Greece because they are traditionally grown there. The climate there is particularly mild. In combination with the fertile soil, the region offers optimal conditions for the growth of sweet, aromatic peppers. They are known for their bright red color, thin skin and intense flavor, which is particularly suitable for roasting. Only 3 ingredients are used to make this aromatic paprika dip.
