Graphic designer-illustrator, I specialized by passion for birds in ornithological illustration, and I developed a collection of posters around the theme of birds. I currently offer the "Birds of the Gardens", the "Rapaces of the Pyrenees" and the "Sea Birds of Brittany". A fourth poster is currently being created: "The Disappearing Birds" and more will be coming to complete the range.
All the illustrations of the posters are made by hand, in watercolor to maintain authenticity and recall vintage naturalist posters. They appeal as much to nature lovers as to lovers of the regions represented, they are also on sale in the shops of several Tourist Offices in Brittany and in the Pyrenees, as well as in the souvenir shops of the Museum of natural History.
Birds are essential to our ecosystems and yet they are animals particularly vulnerable to changes in their environment, human impact and global warming. According to the LPO, for example: 73% of Parisian sparrows disappeared between 2003 and 2016.
In order to minimize the impact of these posters themselves on the environment, materials and service providers are chosen with care. They are printed in Toulouse, by an eco-responsible printer labeled "Imprim'Vert", on FSC and PEFC paper from sustainably managed forests, and with solvent-free vegetable inks.
The packaging is 100% recyclable and manufactured in France and Europe.
