Composition: Our Apricot Bagnet contains 20% apricot and a variety of fresh and crunchy vegetables such as turnip, carrot, pepper, cauliflower, celery, gherkin, onion, fennel and corn, all garnished with lemon, orange, tomato, and a mixture of herbs and spices including pissalat, basil, parsley, chili pepper, mustard, garlic, oregano, as well as vinegar. Everything is carefully mixed in sunflower oil, chosen for its neutrality, allowing the freshness and integrity of the flavors to be preserved without altering them, unlike olive oil which could dominate the taste if the bagnet is not consumed immediately.
