Infusion made only from roasted cocoa bean pods, used to make our grand cru chocolates. Infused hot or cold, the pods reveal powerful notes of cocoa in an elegant and gourmet drink, without calories, theine or caffeine. For a cup: Hot: Infuse 1 teaspoon ~10 min in water at 90°C, then filter. Cold: Infuse 1 teaspoon in water at room temperature. Refrigerate overnight, then strain.
