Infusion made exclusively from roasted cocoa bean pods, used to make our grands cru chocolates. Infused hot or cold, the pods reveal powerful notes of cocoa in an elegant and gourmet drink, without calories, theine or caffeine. For one cup: Hot: Infuse 1 teaspoon for ~10 min in water at 90°C, then filter. HAS cold: Infuse 1 teaspoon in room temperature water. Leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator, then filter. All our cocoa comes from exceptional terroirs, in an ethical and transparent approach.
