Our truffled wild boar cular salchichón is handcrafted and following the Montes Universales tradition, within the mountain system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions exist for curing our sausages. Our factory is located in Guadalaviar, in the province of Teruel, at 1,500 meters of altitude. In this emblematic environment, sausages are made following tradition. The color of the salchichón is typical of that of red meat and the intense and long-lasting flavor will surprise the most demanding palates. The black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) gives it an exquisite flavor and gives the sausage an intense perfume. It can be served at room temperature and eaten with bread. Besides being delicious, it is a food very rich in protein and iron. In addition, it also contains calcium, potassium, iodine, and zinc. It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight, so that it retains all its properties. It has an expiration date of 1 year from the moment of manufacture and, once opened, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator and consume it within 1 month.
